Requirements
- Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
- An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support OHA’s Office of Program Integrity (OPI) management and staff in the day-to-day operations.
- Support the OPI Administrator, Compliance and Regulatory manager, Business Operations manager, and program integrity staff.
- Serve as the direct contact for OPI regarding business not handled directly by OPI management or staff.
- Schedule meetings, answer office phones and messages, assist in the audit collections process, assist with new hire recruitment and onboarding duties, manage and track financial purchases, and perform other administrative support duties.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively manage irate and hostile individuals and situations.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and have flexibility, work demand tolerance and exhibit written and oral communication skills including effective communication with coworkers.
- Knowledge of common finance terms and principles.
- Independent worker who shows initiative through new ideas and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office platforms, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
