Requirements

  • Associates or BA Preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative coordination requiring advanced knowledge and problem-solving skills, exercising judgment and initiative under general guidance.
  • Manages calendars based on leaders’ priorities, anticipating needs for meeting logistics.
  • Executes internal meetings and collaborates on contracts for off-site events, managing budgets and coordinating agendas and materials. Assists with travel and expense reports.
  • Understands company policies and resources, advising team members, managing contact lists/org charts, and updating SharePoint/RON content.
  • Coordinates office supplies and tracks purchase orders, managing department expenses.
  • Onboards new employees, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and Procurement for space planning.
  • Streamlines administrative workflows, recommending solutions to issues.
  • Provides backup support for administrative coordinators.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, interacting across employee levels while maintaining confidentiality, adjusting work to priorities with accuracy.
  • Shows independence, judgment, and problem-solving, acting as a point person for projects, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Adapts to change, handling risk and ambiguity with composure.
  • Builds effective relationships, is coachable, and gains trust and support from peers.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Office, SharePoint, Concur, and teleconference systems; may train new employees on systems.
  • Operates under general supervision.
