Requirements
- Associates degree or 2 years college equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support experience preferably in the medical field – managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking minutes for meetings, working with and coordinating with physicians.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications; Microsoft Project desirable.
- Medical terminology required.
- Experience in general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing and use of other office machines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and maintains assigned departmental operations.
- Assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to leadership.
- Develops and maintains efficient office processes and acts as inter-departmental liaison.
- Plans and coordinates meetings and events.
- Coordinates projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- Microsoft Project desirable.
