Requirements

  • Associates degree or 2 years college equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support experience preferably in the medical field – managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking minutes for meetings, working with and coordinating with physicians.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications; Microsoft Project desirable.
  • Medical terminology required.
  • Experience in general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing and use of other office machines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and maintains assigned departmental operations.
  • Assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to leadership.
  • Develops and maintains efficient office processes and acts as inter-departmental liaison.
  • Plans and coordinates meetings and events.
  • Coordinates projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Project desirable.
