Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative support role or any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of delivery packages of final loan documents in accordance with the precise requirements of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and appropriate lenders.
  • Print, photocopy, and scan documents within tight deadlines in a high volume and fast paced environment.
  • Prepare PDF document packages using Adobe Standard and Nuance.
  • Upload required closing documents to both internal and external systems.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members in the department on an as needed basis.
  • Assist in fostering an environment of superior customer service by working collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels.
