Requirements

  • At least 3 years as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in using modern communications and organizational software tools
  • Ability to teach best practices and support others using Slack, Google Calendar and Google Suite, Notion
  • Extreme responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and events
  • Handle all forms of communication, including emails, Slack channels and threads, and other correspondence
  • Build and maintain organizational systems for tracking and managing inbound requests
  • Manage administrative tasks such as handling business expenses and coordinating plans for company-related offsites
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Experience or enthusiasm for implementing and using AI to streamline work processes
