Requirements
- At least 3 years as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in using modern communications and organizational software tools
- Ability to teach best practices and support others using Slack, Google Calendar and Google Suite, Notion
- Extreme responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Expertly manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle all forms of communication, including emails, Slack channels and threads, and other correspondence
- Build and maintain organizational systems for tracking and managing inbound requests
- Manage administrative tasks such as handling business expenses and coordinating plans for company-related offsites
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

- Experience or enthusiasm for implementing and using AI to streamline work processes
