Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in Corporate Administrative Assistant support role, excellent use of office equipment, like printers, scanners, multi-line phone systems and internet.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, organized
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, self-motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task
- Knowledge in the Property Management and multi-family field
- Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform as an Administrative Assistant, and liaison between the residents, the regional property manager, and the regional office.
- Performs various duties including word processing, filing, answering phones, data entry, and mailings.
- Assist GA Regional Property Manager on various on-property and in-office projects as needed.
- Fulfill the duties of the GA Regional Property Manager in her absence.
- Understand the duties of on-property employees and coach employees in their roles; provide backup training to employees as needed.
- Employment Applicant Processing and In-processing for NV Region personnel in accordance with established policy and procedure.
- Input all GA Regional office bills into accounting platform.
- Order supplies for the GA Regional Office.
- Input GA Region’s petty cash into accounting platform.
- Process new request forms and other key paperwork processes.
- Initial contact for resident complaints.
- Receive visitors at GA Regional Office
- Communicate in-person and by computer with employees, vendors, and local government officials on behalf of the Regional Manager
- Maintain all employee files at the Regional Office.
- Redistribute all incoming packages to each NV property.
- Prepares audits and forms as needed to be sent to the Corporate office
- Send outgoing packages for all GA properties and the Regional office.
- Make sure that GA Regional offices are locked at the end of each day.
- Send weekly payroll to Corporate Office.
- Send leave requests to the Human Resources Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
