Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for staff and management
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as needed
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist in maintaining office inventory and supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
