Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for staff and management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as needed
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist in maintaining office inventory and supplies
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
