Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and coordinate inventory orders
- Answer and direct phone calls and email inquiries
- Support onboarding processes and internal documentation
- Assist with event planning and internal communications
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
