Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents to maintain an efficient filing system
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support team members with various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database systems
  • Coordinate internal events and manage office logistics
  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment for clients and guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
