Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Support different departments with administrative duties as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
