Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested
- Assist in handling travel arrangements and expense reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Support other departments with administrative needs
