Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily office operations and administrative procedures
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate calendars
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed
