Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Liaise with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Support HR and operations with onboarding and record keeping
