Requirements
- NYC or DC based, minimum 3 days a week in the office
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, personal support, or other relevant experience
- Experience with scheduling international and domestic travel itineraries.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and ensuring calendars align with priorities.
- Arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and handling travel-related logistics.
- Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Admin or recruiting coordinator experience at a startup
- Experience managing multiple executive calendars
