Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company documentation and filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with data entry, records maintenance, and internal communication
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized work environment
