Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events and activities.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is orderly.
- Support management and team members with administrative tasks as needed.
