Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately.
  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle urgent tasks and communications promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
  • Engage with clients in the service department to gauge interest in new vehicles.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the sales team, facilitating communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers, including arranging transportation and addressing special requests.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, enhancing the client’s experience.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating client visits to the dealership.
