Responsibilities
- Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately.
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle urgent tasks and communications promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
- Engage with clients in the service department to gauge interest in new vehicles.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and the sales team, facilitating communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, including arranging transportation and addressing special requests.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, enhancing the client’s experience.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating client visits to the dealership.
