Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience in leveraging AI for strategic decision-making and innovation within organizations.
- Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, business performance measurement, and fostering innovation through AI.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, particularly in an online learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and teach course materials focused on key topics, including data-driven decision-making processes, predictive analytics and forecasting, fostering a culture of innovation through AI, and measuring the impact of AI on business performance.
- Incorporate real-world success stories of AI-driven product and service innovation, as well as analyses of data-driven strategic pivots by businesses.
- Facilitate an inclusive and dynamic online learning environment that supports active participation and collaboration among students.
- Develop assignments, projects, and assessments that enable students to apply AI-driven strategies to organizational challenges and opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, business innovation, and data analytics to ensure course materials remain relevant and impactful.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience at the graduate level or conducting professional training on AI-related topics.
- Familiarity with online course delivery platforms and instructional design tools.
- Published work or professional presentations on AI-driven decision-making or business innovation.
