Requirements
- Obtaining BS, MS or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
- Experience with finite element analysis and/or Multiphysics analysis
- Experience in using scripting languages to automate modeling and simulation pipeline
- Experience with automated and adaptive meshing techniques
- Experience with calibration, verification and validation of models through physical testing
- Experience in metal part design and topology optimization
- Experience in data collection, manipulation and analysis
- Experience with advanced manufacturing methods
Responsibilities
- Leverage creativity and problem-solving skills to architect, develop, and deploy new tools, models, and processes focused on a wide array of physical, technical problems and phenomena related to manufacturing an orbital launch vehicle.
- Exercise technical judgment in solving engineering challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in aerospace is not required.
