Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related field
- Previous experience at a media agency is required, ideally with exposure to end-to-end campaign management across social, web, and programmatic platforms
- Familiarity with digital performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign results and insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) or SQL is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers, ensuring smooth and timely launches
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, implementing optimizations, and setting up A/B tests
- Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms and deliver timely, insightful reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities, create proposals, and provide performance forecasts
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align on technical implementation and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery against client goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) or SQL is a plus
