Requirements
- Experience in activities coordination or working with seniors is a plus
- Enthusiastic, caring, and patient personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for residents
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading activities that promote social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being
- Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one interaction when needed
- Support residents in recreational programs such as games, arts & crafts, music, and outings
- Work closely with the Activities Director to develop engaging programs for all residents
- Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere to enhance the residents’ quality of life
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in activities coordination or working with seniors is a plus
