Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or Finance -WITH- Two (2) years of work experience in auditing procedures, inventory control, or bookkeeping/financial duties.
- -OR- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a highly related area may substitute for the required experience.
- Year-for-year basis may substitute for a required college degree.
Responsibilities
- Audit Credit Card Machine for PCI Compliance
- Balance Cash Drawer Daily
- Prepare and submit the insufficient funds documentation and cost
- Prepare, design, and distribute reports, including credit card information
- Prepare refunds as required
- Prepare, balance, and monitor credit card and daily receipts and reports
- Verify Batch Report Information to the third-party billing agency and the internal customer
- Assists with reporting as assigned
- Possess the ability to identify, interpret, and implement changes as a result of new processes & software changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Bookkeeping and/or Accounting Courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
