Requirements
- BA/BS plus 2-5 years professional experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Consistently produces results that exceed expectations in time frames that benefit the project/team
- Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, providing professional customer-service, resolving problems and identifying process improvements
- Meets accounts receivable financial standards by maintaining past dues within goal level, monitoring collections, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Collects customer accounts by contacting customers, investigating circumstances of non-payment and escalating issues as required
- Supports financial planning by forecasting cash
- Supports cash application by obtaining payment detail from customer portals
- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions and reconciling general ledger accounts
- All other duties as assigned

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel level
- Knowledge of OEM customer portals preferred
