Requirements
- 1+ years experience in accounts payable, with noteworthy accomplishments
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
- Adept relationship-building skills, including across internal and external teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

Responsibilities
- Play a major role in the daily financial operations of the company via invoice processing, settlement runs, and communications with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Act as a key contributor to the accounts payable function, including bank reconciliations, liability reconciliations, ledger expense reviews, and additional FinOps processes
- Scale our month-end close process and improve our efficiency & timing
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday ERP system experience preferred
