Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting/Finance coursework a plus
- 1-2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Quality problem-solving skills
- Quality communication skills
- Excel Proficiency a plus
- Oracle experience a plus
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Review and record system and manual checks into Accounting and Bank modules
- Ensure all payments have proper approvals/coding and all required supporting documents are filed accordingly
- Process manual ACH and wires
- Input outgoing ACH/wires into the A/P system
- Special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel Proficiency a plus
- Oracle experience a plus
