Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, account management, project management, and team leadership with large consumer electronics OEM customers.
- At least 5-7 years of experience selling into battery cell making and/or consumer electronics supply chains, especially novel products requiring physical integration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Fluency in Korean is a must.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding complex technical and commercial concepts.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at customers.
- Develop and execute account plans for all accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor junior team members on effective customer engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the daily workflow of account portfolio and opportunity pipeline.
- Manage business development and sales activities with key partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- International experience and familiarity with Asian markets preferred.
- Experience with batteries or battery components is preferred.
