Job Description
- Manage a team and own the global process for the customer master record creation.
- Managing the day to day operations of customer master set up to support Business Operations and Sales Operations teams.
- Work closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams and business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Trade Compliance and IT teams.
- Manage customer reporting hierarchies, key attributes for financial reporting and accounting and for compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer master manager roles and revenue/accounting roles in high tech or similar industries
- Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
- Experience in managing global offshore resources
- Experience in SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
