Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience required.
- Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis.
- A process-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy.
- Experience analyzing and reconciling balance sheets.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, AP/AR with precision and timeliness.
- Record journal entries and financial transactions in NetSuite, ensuring compliance and proper classification.
- Participate in the clean-up of the general ledger, identify discrepancies, and implement improved processes.
- Prepare and process vendor payments and invoice approvals, collaborating with Procurement and Finance.
- Support the monthly close and provide balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Revenue experience in NetSuite is strong preferred.
