Requirements
- SAP knowledge a plus
- Must be proficient with excel and large data files.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Major in accounting field preferred.
- Accounts Receivable or collections experience preferred
- Strong entry level accounting role
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Good oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities

Responsibilities
- Client Account Reconciliations.
- Investigate client accounts, claims & files for statement reporting
- Supports month-end A/R processes
- Defines, prepares, reviews and analyzes AR monthly client specific reports.
- Responsible for managing customer AR aging and working with internal departments to resolve collection issues.
- Research delinquent accounts, while bringing late accounts up to current status.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all customer accounts.
