Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to payment operations
Knowledge of general ledger treatment and general accounting practices
Experience with month-end close – account reconciliations, resolution of issues, reporting, etc.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of both financial and operational controls
Ability to partner cross-functionally across various departments
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Assist the content payment process through Coupa invoice & payment management
Perform monthly processes to support our Licensed & Owned content business including, title reconciliation, data processing and accounting reconciliations ensuring accurate and timely journal entry postings for month-end close
Track, maintain, and report key accounting information coming from off-platform exploitation, including the recording of proceeds due to Tubi and the operational reporting of results to inform talent obligations
Assist with internal and external audits by gathering and providing necessary documentation related to Content Accounting
Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and enhance reporting for both Original content and Off-platform activity
Analyze content spending, participation statements, and general content activity trends to verify accuracy, identify opportunities, and improve financial transparency
