At least 0-2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Process transactions/tasks including but not limited to approving transfer requests, working with contra firms to resolve settlement issues, returning any assets that were transferred incorrectly, and setting up new assets in our system
Communicate problems and solutions to branches to help complete transfers and ultimately provide the best experience for the end client
Work with different partners within the team and on other teams to coordinate settlement for specific assets or accounts that present unique challenges
Proactively identify ways to improve the team by updating procedures to reduce risk, launching a project to automate a manual task, or streamline daily tasks in other ways
Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
Meet with the team Manager and area leaders to receive career coaching and opportunities for growth
