Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales/account management experience in digital media/marketing
- Performance-based media experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data, reporting, understanding of client’s goals and maximum opportunity to prioritize work, company effort, and your focus.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to validate data and understand client goals and GOBankingRates opportunities.
- Grow relationships with clients to better understand their goals, and how they measure success. Expand their level of reporting/data sharing to improve our ability to perform.
- Expand opportunities with existing clients when they have multiple products and marketing goals incremental to existing offers/budgets (acquisition, sponsorship, branding, etc.)
- Establish sales targets and develop strategic plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction on all priority accounts. This will be updated monthly based on new information and validation of goals, priorities, maximum opportunities, etc.
- Visit clients directly and at relevant events/conferences to grow relationships and network with highly prepared meetings, clear goals, and value added to our clients.
- Work with networks to bring new advertisers on board who are interested in advertising to our audience on GOBankingRates.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- Performance-based media experience is a plus.
