Requirements
- Strong interest in going into a customer-facing role such as sales, customer success, or account management
- 1-2+ years of experience (within a Software/High Tech company highly preferred), but other relevant experience welcomed
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Lifelong learner who is always curious to try new things
- Highly analytical with an interest in how data can be used to drive decisions
- Detailed-oriented, organized with effective time management skills

Responsibilities
- Support our AMs and AAMs with managing their clients through operational activities, data gathering/analysis, and other planning activities
- Shadow the client-facing teams to learn the Paymode business, our clients and bank partners, and what it takes to be a high-performing Account Manager
- Analyze key data points to understand client usage and opportunities for growth or risk mitigation
- Develop an understanding of the Paymode solution and other key functional areas in the business
