Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Working understanding of company products/services
- Ability to complete sales with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
- Travel requirement 5%
Responsibilities
- Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
- Creates and delivers proposals to customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
- Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting
- Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner
- Sells complex products/services; utilizes knowledge of products/services and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers
- Strategic sales process; established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility
- May utilize knowledge of industry to recommend updates or changes to product and service offering
- Other duties as assigned
