Requirements
- 3+ years of sales/inside sales experience in software, software as a service or the veterinary industry preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close sales
- Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly
- Capability to absorb and articulate technical information
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales pipeline and make phone calls to prospects and existing customers to close new accounts for SaaS solutions; client communication software and credit card processing
- Prioritize proactive phone calls to software system accounts
- Provide product demonstrations via webinar for prospective customers
