Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned client accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective client solutions
- Track account activity, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
