Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the department store, lifestyle, or outdoor apparel industry.
- Proven track record of independent developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative on large-scale campaign activations and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing plans to achieve optimum brand and product awareness and understanding.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand the needs of the account and the end consumer.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, specifically focused on in-store, digital, and social media.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing, providing regular reports, and finding recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale dealers and internal brand partners.
