Requirements
- BS Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years of technical sales experience or equivalent
- Customer-centric attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-drive and flourishes in high pressure situations
- Technical background in lasers, optics or telecom
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good people skills, team player, can work with colleagues and clients with different geographical locations and cultures, and provide positive influence and impact
Responsibilities
- Ability to organize teams across multiple functions
- Program Manage internal/external teams through lengthy design cycles
- Work within a larger sales team to provide global coverage to large accounts
- Develop business and account strategy
- Negotiate complex sales
- Develop design pipeline for next generation designs
- Monitor the shipments and delivery performance. Work with customer and internal teams to resolve any issues.
- Meet or exceed annual quota and business objectives
- Provide best in class customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in large, complex account management is a plus
