Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree generally preferred.
- Generally, 3-6 years of Account / Relationship Management experience
- Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Insurance experience and/or knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the time throughout the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Establish and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of accounts from transactional to moderately complex, ensuring engagement at both executive and operational levels.
- Collaborate with Sr. Account Management to drive account retention and expansion, fostering trust-based strategic partnerships.
- Enhance client satisfaction by proactively aligning evolving business needs with GAI’s products and services, delivering measurable value.
- Oversee the efficient implementation of products and services, ensuring timely delivery while managing risks, scope, and budget expectations.
- Effectively conducts training sessions to enhance awareness of GAI’s products and services, emphasizing the value they deliver to our client’s business and their customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Marketing, Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims—to effectively address account-related concerns and drive client success.
- Compile, analyze and present data insights on operational efficiency, performance trends and account growth, providing recommendations that strengthen relationships and optimize client accounts.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring documentation and alignment across all initiatives.
