Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty industry, with a strong knowledge of insurance coverages and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating keen attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Marsh Global colleagues and multinational clients, serving as the main point of contact for regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients and Marsh Global teams to understand unique insurance requirements and develop tailored insurance solutions.
  • Analyze client risk profiles and conduct risk assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and negotiations with insurance carriers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Provide risk management advice and best practices to clients while coordinating with underwriters and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve revenue growth by identifying coverage gaps, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the company’s systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred professional designations such as ARM, CIC, or CRM, or equivalent, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to engage in industry events and conferences to expand your professional network.
