Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
- Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to work with a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
- Experience in personal farm/ranch insurance (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal line accounts
- Market to carriers
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
