Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
- Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and company underwriters to grow a book of business
- Pre-qualification and sale of new business
- Service and maintain existing and new accounts
- Manage a book of small business commercial accounts
- Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals
- Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
- Solicit new business sales inside
