Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business or relevant professional designation
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Real Estate Account Manager or relevant experience in another profession
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Well-developed relationship management skills
- Well-developed business development skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for both credit and non-credit services
- Manage a portfolio that may include non-borrowing clients
- Structure credits and address perceived risk
- Complete necessary due diligence and establish pricing and terms of credit
- Produce ongoing credit reviews and risk ratings
- Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers
- Cross-sell relevant and value-added financial products and services
- Build new relationships through referrals from customers and other sources
- Cultivate relationships with key external referral sources
- Participate in industry and community activities
