Requirements
- High School Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Communications or Business Preferred
- 1-3 years Customer Service Required
- 1-3 years Insurance, HSA or TPA Industry Preferred
Responsibilities
- Support inbound call center and managing shared mailbox for account holder questions.
- Resolve and answer any account holder problems or questions by being an ‘inside’ expert and an advocate with the business line.
- Provide problem resolution to support account holders and be a liaison between other departments in addressing shared concerns.
- Organize work flow to ensure quick, efficient processing of mail, work-in-process issues, remote deposit capture and account holder documentation a ‘no backlog’ status in line with department’s SLAs.
- Appropriately document in client management system all communications with account holders.
- Remain current on certification and licensing requirements including internal security and authentication controls.
Preferred Qualifications
