Requirements
- 5 or more years of direct response fundraising experience in an agency environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles and being accountable for either the overall success of a program or a large component of a very large program
- Client management experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills
- Passion for making our world a better place.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising
- Leading the development, implementation and production process for innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns
- Leading cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels such as email, SMS or others
- Creating and managing action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decision making
- Supporting the professional growth of colleagues via training and intentional mentorship
- Maintaining client satisfaction, including managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating in a team to provide clients with strategic direct mail marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to ensure account success
- Working with client teams to assist in managing resources and timelines on projects
- Supporting business development efforts and participating in new business pitches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with integrated fundraising or direct mail fundraising.
