Requirements
- College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Insurance and RIBO Licensed.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Process Auto Endorsements including Policy Works and Invoicing.
- Process Property Endorsements including Policy Works and Invoicing.
- Follow-up on FINAL Signed Named Insured Schedule.
- Follow-up FINAL Signed vehicle/driver List.
- Follow-up on FINAL Signed Contractors Equipment.
- Follow-up Signed Statement of Values/Completed and Signed Profits Worksheet.
- Abeyance File 30-days to follow up for insurer policies.
- Send Policies to client when received.
- Assemble Manual Binders and Policies.
- Add & Delete Vehicles and update List.
- Add & Delete Driver and update list.
- Prepare Premium Financing Renewal Offer.
- Follow-up for Payment or Finance Contract.
- Send Renewal Certificates of Insurance approved by Account Manager.
- Prepare Pink Slips using final list approved by Account Manager.
- Order Updated Level II CVOR as requested.
