Responsibilities
- Develop yearly account plans to assist in budgeting and setting KPIs.
- Execute tactical actions to support account plan outcomes and KPI achievement.
- Prepare and deliver customer KPI reporting and analysis.
- Conduct value-added business reviews to ensure key account retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain trusted advisor status through consultative sales conversations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key account issues, escalations, and requests.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline within existing accounts to grow share of wallet.
- Conduct thorough needs discoveries to shape problem statements addressing customer challenges.
- Deliver strong value propositions to maximize sales revenue.
- Identify key decision-makers and involve them in relevant discussions.
- Build relationships with account influencers through social engagements.
- Collaborate with customers to develop expansion strategies.
- Engage internal resources to proactively solve sales obstacles and customer challenges.
