Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing, client success, and support roles (account management, client success, campaign strategy) with a proven track record of successfully growing key advertising accounts.
- Deep experience in ad platforms, analyzing and reporting on performance data, extracting actionable campaign insights, and presenting them to internal and external teams.
- Great understanding of the influencer space, YouTube creators, YouTube advertising, podcast advertising, digital marketing, and a passion for driving change in the way brands and creators work together.
- Successful experience as a performance marketer or working directly with performance marketers to optimize their campaigns, spend, and/or creator campaigns.
- Experience successfully managing a large amount of live campaigns at once.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize client campaign/evergreen advertising performance, aligning with both creator capabilities and brand objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, engaging with cross-functional teams (including leadership, sales, creator relations, and product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaign objectives.
- Evaluate vast amounts of data and extract insights that inform campaign strategies. Take ownership of analyzing and interpreting advertising and campaign data, developing actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations to enhance advertising outcomes for clients.
- Help produce detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity and actionable intelligence.
- Build client trust and generate value through thoughtful client communication. Be prepared to present strategies, learnings, and optimization recommendations to ensure client success and growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising landscape, the broader marketing and advertising ecosystem, and the creator economy, applying this knowledge to strategy development.
