Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Responsibilities
- Strengthen and secure base client relationships through proactive engagement, strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality hazardous waste solutions and service excellence
- Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential clients within the territory
- Diligently utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipeline, track all business development activities, log client interactions, and provide accurate forecasting
- Collaborate proactively with Veolia’s sister business units (Water, Energy, Waste) to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze client needs and competitive landscapes to define a clear value wedge for each opportunity
- Develop and deliver compelling, competitive proposals that secure profitable revenue and align with Veolia’s financial objectives
- Leverage strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively communicate client needs and expectations to internal stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prior sales experience of 1 to 3 years in the hazardous waste industry preferred
