Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in account management
- Ability to achieve goals and determine priorities
- Organized with strong time management
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (Typically during Spring and Fall)
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined and provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce
- Office hours 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday AZ time zone
Responsibilities
- Retain and grow current client relationships
- Verbally communicate and promote product growth with new and existing clients
- Actively seek to understand each customer’s needs and goals through consistent verbal contact
- Secure customer rapport through genuine and exceptionally responsive interactions
- Proactive customer service with current clients
- Become an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning Safestor as the best Insurance choice for assigned self-storage locations
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, business management or equivalent experience is preferred
- Insurance experience preferred
